Strengths: Witty, thoughtful, communicative
Flaws: Tactless, eccentric to the point of being irritating, complete wiseass
Weakness: Panics when alone, often overreacts
Habits: Excessive tendency to clean his shoes when stressed or bored, which borders on obsessive, creating matchstick men
Personality: Ryuu constantly adopts a dopey, serene smile upon his childish mug, which often gives others the impression that he’s something of an idiot. Which, in a way, is true, because he is something of an idiot (just not a total one). He is brash and eccentric, and could quite happily bounce off the walls if given a chance – in fact he frequently does, which irritates most people, to say the least. However, unlike a certain other hyperactive ninja, Ryuu has no sense of temper, which is both a strength and a weakness. A strength in that it’s very hard for him to lose himself in rage, but a weakness because, when insulted, rather than simply screaming at the top of his voice, Ryuu says exactly what he thinks about that certain person. And he just keeps going, as if his mouth is being controlled by an invisible force.
Needless to say, this has earned him a fair amount of black eyes in the past.
However, he isn't without just one flaw. Since the departure of his sister from the village, Ryuu has been left alone, with only his reclusive (and questionably mad) father for company. This has led him to become slightly insecure; unsure of what to think or feel. Not wanting to be analysed or fussed over, when upset he continues to adopt his obnoxiously bouncy personality.
You'd think he could come up with something more creative.
