When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

first time Tahl's been in my gallery since here
which is funny given I draw him a lot. guess I have a thing for mutilating him. don't have much to say about this. quickly lined, quickly coloured. incorrect anatomy (I mean really what the fuck was I doing with his legs) and probably tons of other stuff wrong with it am going to do lots of drawing practice. going to learn something. consequently, probably am going to update even less frequently than i did anyway trust me to decide to do that when the summer holidays are ending P: p.s: textures from mayang |

Like, you look at it, and you don't even THINK about "oh, that arm might not look right" because taken as a whole piece it just works.
The colours in the background remind me of cold, drizzly nights in a town, with the whole area lit up with orange streetlights.
Loving the blood effect and the bandages, but the poor boy! <:c

can anybody stop this thing?
I also like, the connection between the blood and his hair, it just sort of makes your eye circle in that area for a bit, before going on exploring a bit further into the picture.
The reflexions of brighter gold here and there make this picture for me though, they give it an eerie but warm feeling. Like a catastrophy in works? I dunno, just what i feel.
In my opinion though, if he wasn't holding the glasses, the picture would have more balance. They're well done, but because of the whole 'he's kinda bleeding to death' situation, when i look down and see such a well drawn detail (glasses) i get distracted and thrown off the mood, because they don't really do anything for the picture.
If they were, let's say, hanging off of his face, or were broken on his nose, they'd be more in place and adding up to the drama, but hanging like that in his hand, i'm not sure.
Just what i think. I really really like it
I wanted to incorporate the glasses somehow since, well, he does have glasses and the only other drawing of him in my gallery has him without
I have.. no idea why I didn't draw them smashed on his nose. good god I'm silly
thankyou lots and lots!

Tahl is the ultimate sexiness, you should draw him more. I should draw him too *__*; Great work! Lovin' the colours. Very autumn-y.
